This sign is definitely confusing. It is over 100 degrees outside, which means that it is not safe to be barefoot on any sidewalk. But who knows, maybe the purpose of this sign is to prevent crimes of bad fashion.
I suppose a casual loafer would be alright. Maybe flip flops? How about huraches, would huraches be okay?
